Derwent Labs pricing is based on two parts: a fixed monthly base fee determined by which pipeline components you enable, plus a flat per-terabyte ingest rate. There are no per-seat or per-connector charges. Contact us for a quote scoped to your sources and expected data volume.

How is the base fee calculated?

Your base is a fixed monthly fee determined by which platform components you switch on — pipeline builder, OCSF normalisation, enrichment, filter, replay and sandbox. Turn on more capability, the base steps up; keep it lean, the base stays low. It never changes with your volume.

How does per-terabyte ingest pricing work?

On top of your base, you pay a flat rate for every terabyte of data ingested into the pipeline each month. Because filtering happens before your SIEM, it reduces your bill.

How are you cheaper than the leading competitor?

Our infrastructure is custom-built in house for this one purpose, and nothing else. Derwent Labs was built by the tech guys, for the tech guys — and a side effect of that obsession is an exceptionally efficient, low-cost pipeline.

Do you charge per seat or per source?

No. There's no per-seat tax and no per-connector fee. Add as many users and connect as many of the 200+ sources as you like — pricing is driven only by your components and your ingest volume.

What happens if my ingest spikes?

Pricing is transparent and metered on actual volume, so a spike is just a larger ingest line for that month — there are no punitive overage multipliers.
